Elon Musk has launched a fresh attack on Sir Keir Starmer amid his fued with Nigel Farage.

The billionaire said on his social media platform X: “Starmer must go. He is national embarrassment.”

This was after reposting a claim about the Prime Minister relating to calls for an inquiry into the sexual exploitation of girls by grooming gangs.

Pressure has been mounting on Sir Kier after safeguarding minister Jess Phillips denied requests for the Home Office to lead a public inquiry into child sexual exploitation and grooming in Oldham.

Mr Musk suggested on Thursday that Ms Phillips “deserves to be in prison”. The entrepreneur added that “rape gangs were allowed to exploit young girls without facing justice”.

A Labour spokesperson said: “The Home Office supports police investigations and independent inquiries to get truth and justice for victims.”

Tory leader Kemi Badenoch has also spoken out calling for a full inquiry into the abuse.

Mr Musk’s latest attack after Mr Farage hit back at the billionaire after he suggested that Reform UK needs a new leader.

Earlier today, the Tesla CEO said that Mr Farage “doesn’t have what it takes” to lead the growing political party.

It comes after Mr Farage distanced himself from Mr Musk when the entrepreneur expressed support for jailed far-Right activist Tommy Robinson, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon.

The Reform UK leader replied to the post on Sunday by saying: “Well, this is a surprise! Elon is a remarkable individual but on this I am afraid I disagree.

“My view remains that Tommy Robinson is not right for Reform and I never sell out my principles.”

Yaxley-Lennon was jailed in October after admitting contempt of court by repeating false claims against a Syrian refugee.

In December, Mr Farage confirmed that talks were under way about Mr Musk possibly donating as much as $100million (£79million) to Reform UK.

The Clacton MP travelled with Reform UK treasurer Nick Candy to US President-elect Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida to meet the businessman.
