GB News took a divisive turn as hosts Eamonn Holmes and Ellie Costello welcomed Dawn Neesom and James Schneider to discuss RAF Brize Norton, which was recently targeted by Palestine Action protesters. James shared that being a “prescribed terror group means that they are banned from existing, but if anyone says anything in support of them, they could be in prison for 14 years.
“So what I’m about to say after they’re prescribed could get me put into prison for 14 years,” the guest said before praising the group as “brave and honourable.” He added: “When our government is supporting the genocide of another people, when the overwhelming majority of the British people want to see an arms embargo on Israel to take matters into their own hands, it is honourable and decent.” However, Dawn was not in agreement as she labelled the group “dangerous and stupid,” viewers echoed this and slammed James for supporting those who broke in as they raged: “Schneider shut up and let the other side talk. If you have to talk over people to get your point across, then it’s not worth making.”
