A major UK supermarket has recalled one of its most popular sausage products over fears it may contain plastic.
Morrisons has issued an urgent warning to customers about its The Best 6 Thick Cumberland Sausages after a food safety alert was published by the Food Standards Agency (FSA).

The alert applies to 400g packs with a use-by date of May 1, 2025.
The supermarket has told anyone who bought the product not to eat it and instead return it to any Morrisons store for a full refund.
