Labour’s mammoth election victory now seems a distant memory as the Conservatives and Reform pile the pressure on Keir Starmer.

A shocking new poll has put the Conservative Party ahead of Labour for the first time in months as Keir Starmer comes under mounting pressure.
New polling from More in Common from 22-24 March shows the Tories in the lead with 25 points, up 1 from the week prior. Labour have slipped down into second place with 24 points which comes as a major blow ahead of the spring statement this afternoon.
Reform UK has dropped too, also with 24 points as the Liberal Democrats stay the same with 12 points. The Green Party have increased in popularity with 10 points, up three from the week before as the Scottish National Party gained 1 point, taking their total to three.
Westminster voting intention polling from YouGov between 23-24 March also showed a decline in support for Labour. Despite narrowly hanging on to the top spot, Sir Keir’s party is down three points. Meanwhile, the Conservatives
The YouGov poll shows both the Lib Dems and the Greens scoring better than the week prior, up 2 points and 1 point. The SNP stayed the same on 3 points, mirroring the poll from More in Common.
