GB News‘ usual programming was interrupted for major breaking news as Prime minister Keir Starmer confirmed that the UK would join France and send troops to Ukraine in the event of a peace deal and defended Greenland after US leader Donald Trump once again threatened to annexe the Danish territory. However, GB News’ Patrick Christys was unimpressed with Starmer’s role in foreign conflicts and accused the Prime minister of ignoring the migrant crisis in the UK.

In a humiliating rant, the presenter slammed: “Keir Starmer and co, will spring into action over Gaza, they’ll get very energised over Venezuala, they’ll stand up for Greenland, they’ll convene an emergency coalition of the willing so that they can give eachother a big hug and a pat on the back and pretend to be the tough guys over Ukraine. “But, back here, in Blighty, they don’t seem to care about the invasion of Britain.”

Addressing the Coalition of the Willing meeting in France, Patrick stated: “Keir Starmer has announced that British boots will be on the ground if there’s a peace deal between Ukraine and Russia.

“Brave British men and women will be put in harm’s way to protect Ukraine’s borders.”

He then read out the joint statement from the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Poland and Spain, which came in response to Trump’s proposal of the semi-autonomous Danish territory becoming an annexed part of the US.

After Denmark’s Prime minister Mette Frederiksen urged Trump to “stop the threats,” the European leaders stated: “Greenland belongs to its people. It is for Denmark and Greenland, and them only, to decide on matters concerning Denmark and Greenland.”

“The declaration continued: “Arctic security remains a key priority for Europe, and it is critical for international and transatlantic security. NATO has made clear that the Arctic region is a priority, and European allies are stepping up.

“We and many other allies have increased our presence, activities and investments to keep the Arctic safe and to deter adversaries. The Kingdom of Denmark – including Greenland – is part of NATO.

“Security in the Arctic must therefore be achieved collectively, in conjunction with Nato allies, including the United States, by upholding the principles of the UN Charter, including sovereignty, territorial integrity and the inviolability of borders.”

The leader added: “These are universal principles, and we will not stop defending them. The United States is an essential partner in this endeavour, as a NATO ally and through the defence agreement between the Kingdom of Denmark and the United States of 1951.”

In his brutal takedown, the GB News presenter raged: “The inviability of borders is something that they will not stop defending, well that’s news to me given that Europe has thrown its borders open to the Middle East and Africa, over the best part of the last decade.

“It looks like Britain cares more about the borders of Greenland or Ukraine than it does its own. The number of illegal immigrants to cross the English Channel in 2025 was up 13% on the year before.”
