Creamy slow-cooker pork chops and potatoes fall apart when you cut into them and the extra sauce makes for the perfect sauce. Easy family food at its best!
I love quick and slow cooker meals, and these slow-cooker creamy pork chops are as easy as they come.
Elyse shared a Ranch Pork Roast recipe a long time ago, so I modified it with what I had in my pantry and this dish was born!
The pork chops literally fall apart when sliced and the extra sauce is made for the perfect sauce. This is a good recipe for Sunday dinner.
*ingredients
°6 potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
°6 pieces of pork
°2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup (two 10.5-ounce packages)
°1 ranch dressing mix (1-ounce package)
°1 cup of milk
°2 teaspoons of parsley
*Directions
Spray the slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray and place the potatoes on the bottom.
Lay pork chops on top of potatoes.
Combine soup with ranch dressing and milk. Pour over the pork chops and simmer for 6 hours.
Use the extra sauce in the slow cooker as a sauce for potatoes and pork chops.
Sprinkle with dried parsley.
Enjoy!
